Due to the success and further expansion of its Cruise Division, Best At Cruises have the following vacancies available.
Cruise Consultants – OTE £30,000 pa +
We urgently require more first class cruise sales consultants, ideally candidates should have :
- 2 years minimum cruise experience
- Galileo (preferred)
- High levels of self motivation, sales and customer care skills
Customer Services Assistant
We are looking for a customer service assistant to join the customer service team, which deals with all pre and post cruise departure enquiries and issues. You will be dealing with all cruise & hotel confirmations, amendments, cancellations, special requests and requirements on existing bookings and will be liaising with various departments on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be confident, organised and very customer service focused with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
All applicants must have a minimum of 12 months experience in the travel industry in a sales, customer service or administration role and must be trained on a CRS system (GALILEO an advantage), Amadeus Cruise and Viewdata. Salary dependant on applicants experience, the role will be Monday-Friday.
Product Executive
An excellent opportunity has arisen at Best At Travel’s Cruise department. You will be working within the product and commercial department responsible for loading fares onto our internal systems for a number of the cruise lines, ensuring the pricing is up to date and new itineraries are ready and loaded for launch dates. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the cruise industry, with a good attention to detail and accurate loading skills.
A basic salary of GBP16k + bonus paid on accuracy and speed of loading, the role will be Monday-Friday.
